This will ensure that we can contact you, whether or not you have decided to join or whether you membership fee has been processed. You can always unsubscribe later if you decide that you don't want to receive these emails.
This year, Leeds University Union started a new, all-online membership system. This means that you pay membership fees online to become a member. Membership fees are £9 for new members, £7 for returning members. Go to the jazz and blues page on the union's website, login and choose to join at the bottom of the page. Once you have done this, you are officially a member of the group.
It is possible to allow students from other institutions or other guests to register on the system

However, to receive members-only emails and to use our forum, you will also need membership on our website. Within a few days of becoming a member, you will receive an email from "Jazz and Blues Forum" saying that your membership account is ready. Follow the link (or copy and paste to your browser) and follow the instructions.
On our system you can also write a biography and change other settings relating to your use of the website on the forum > settings page. Writing a bio and using our (brand new!!) forums are great ways to meet other members who you may want to form a band with or just to share your love of a certain band or artist with other members.
